"A man who reportedly looked like Forrest Gump was riding his bicycle on Highway 299 in Johnson Park. The man was shaking his head and waving his arms around."

Yeah, those cleaning supply folks seem to come through Anderson on a fairly regular basis and it's always different people.
I wonder if they're related to domain squatters?
